Fund Raising in Jessicas memory
This year we remembered Jessica on her 22nd birthday.
This year we remembered Jessica on her 22nd birthday, we raised money for her legacy Jessica’s Promise. We are astounded by the generosity on the day with raffles, an auction, and donations. Together we raised £4,500.00
This money will help us to continue supporting children and young people playing sports in Jessica’s memory.
Jo Walker and Toni Leeman ran the Two Castles Run to raise money in Jessica's memory.

Jo is a friend of Jessica’s mum and ran in memory of Jessica and her daughter gave her the strength and determination to run her furthest distance in a few years and return to her fitness.
Toni is a wonderful friend and a trustee of Jessica’s Promise, she is running her second run in Jessica’s memory.

Fern Scobie and Jake Smiler

Fern, a dear and close friend of Jessica completed the Warwick half marathon for our first official fundraiser for Jessica’s Promise. Fern was assisted by a last-minute entry from Jake Smiler who completed the half without any training!

Antonia ‘Toni’ Leeman ran the Oxford half. Toni was a district nurse who looked after Jessica, showing compassion, empathy, and dignity to both Jessica and her family during their hardest moments.

Grace ran the London marathon in Jessicas memory, she sums it up best herself.
Grace said ‘I ran the marathon for my best friend Jess, to raise money to help others. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but it was worth every single step.’
